Parenting is one of life’s greatest gifts, yet it can also be stressful, exhausting, and extremely lonely... but YOU ARE NOT ALONE. This podcast was built on the belief that the best way to build community is by digging in and getting honest with ourselves. This is not a place for advice as much as it’s about finding connection with other parents (no matter your gender) who know exactly what you’re going through.

Yes, this is a parenting podcast; and while we do discuss issues that revolve around life with kids, we focus more on the life of a human... who happens to be a parent, and how to balance the multitude of hats we wear on a daily basis while attempting to be the best version of ourselves for our partner, our children, and our own personal well-being.

VERY needed

This podcast is not only timely, but necessary for BOTH moms and dads! It provides a long-overlooked perspective from dads, while empowering all parents to work as a team to find the joy in our everyday lives. I finish every episode feeling more inspired to be the best father and partner that I can possibly be. Highly recommended!!

Real! Raw. And Fun.

I love that there is a podcast talking about a father's perspective, and yet it's also totally relatable for mothers as well. Not to mention anyone who is going through parenting, or dealing with life changes... adulting, anyone? Totally recommended to fathers, mothers, and even a few grandparents as well!

My wife found this, loved it, and told me to give it a listen. Truly an insightful exploration into modern day fatherhood and even more, representing the definition of TRUE masculinity. So nice to hear from a man courageous enough to share his feelings and bold enough to ask all of us to do the same.
